BEWARE!!!!! CROOKS!!!!
I put through a claim with my bank for the $4.95+$99.95 and they credited me back right away. I was able to argue Sinless Vapor and get them to take the product back (even though I cancelled before it was mailed).
I had to pay to return it and they only credited me $84.00. My bank is still battling it out for the balance. BE WARE!! They don't understand the word "cancel".
They sent me more product (filters and vapors) and tried to debit me $99.95 more money for it (product not worth more than $20). You will need to cancel out your card and have a new one issued or you will have to worry about Sinless vapor dipping into your account. I will leave a note if this is ever completely resolved.
It has been going on since November 22nd for me. Wish me luck.

i paid the 4.95 s&h I received the starter kit within 5 days so far everything is working fine. but I went ahead and canceled my card so there will be no more charges.for what I got in the mail it was worth the $5.00.I hope everyone still is going to quit smoking. :?
I am having the same problem with this company have tried to cancel the free starter kit 4 times and finaly called them and got no where with them...checked my credit card and they billed my card $99.95 just as the previous customer...I have reported this charge as fraud. I can't believe this company continues to do business. I am going to report them to the Texas Attorney General.
I have been dealing with them since February. I have called them everyday and they tell me the same thing.
"Your acct has been credited on 2-21-13. There's nothing more we can do." I filed a claim with the BBB of UT and the company has not responded. I did everything the fine print said but they still charged my acct 99.95 and now said they only refunded 50.00 of it which they didn't. They keep telling me it's my bank that has the money.
I want to do more but I don't know what. Suggestions??
I called thr customer service, the guy could not even speak English. My ecig did not work and he said I could not return it.
I told him to go F himself.
Just call your Bank and they will credit you back and they can put a block on your card so they can't charge you the 99 dollars. :grin
You may want to alert your bank to stop all charges from this company because they will keep trying to send you monthly product. If you don't do something they will continue to bill me.
All I did was call my CC company and told them the ecig did not work and they won't let me return it. My CC company gave me credit and put a block on my card so they can never charge me the 99 bucks ever, Don't get mad just get even.
Another update about this company. I fought to get a returns authorization and returned the junk that was sent to me.
They finally gave me a refund of only $84.95 instead of the $99.95+$4.95. I should have received the full refund since I cancelled within 5 minutes of the order. It should never have been mailed to me in the first place.
The only good thing is they sent more product and to get it back they need to send me a prepaid envelope. They also need to credit me the rest of the amount they owe me.
I received a "spam" E-Mail from SinlessVapor.com offering a FREE Starter Kit. Just pay the shipping $4.95 and it is yours.
*** me, I went ahead and paid the $4.95. Then I went to their website and read the disclaimer: If you don't like it, then return it within 12 days, otherwise we will charge you $99.95... Ouch, my mistake. I immediately called them and asked NOT to ship it - they lied, telling me that it is too late, it has already been shipped.
Two week later I received E-Mail that is has just been shipped. I called again and was told to wait until it arrives and return it not to Shipper, but to a different address using the RMA number they gave me. Two more weeks later (total of 4 weeks time) a cheap, no name single 650mah battery starter kit arrives. The kind that you will find in a Tabaco store for $9.99 or less.
And the next day a $99.95 charge appears on my credit card account because the 12 day trial period had passed long ago before they even shipped the product. I shipped it back (unopened and untouched) on the same day I've received it. Today I received an E-Mail from them that my account is credited $50.00 because they have 50% Restocking Fee!!!
That's $4.95 + $99.95 + $12.00 (return shipping) - $50.00 = $66.90 it costs me and I didn't even get to keep the product. Sucker (Me)!!!
I would talk to your bank. I got my bank to credit me back and close out the card I used.
Believe me the nightmare is not over. They did exactly the same thing to me shipping after I cancelled and the 12 period passed. They shipped me more product shortly after I returned their product.
They were not able to bill my account again because I closed it. :(
You might be able to dispute these charges with your bank. They will ship you more product and try to charge you again.
